Our Story
Osteria Romana was founded in 1997 by Gianluca and Marta Conti, who immigrated from Rome with one mission: to cook the way they grew up eating. Not fine dining. Not fusion. Roman trattoria food — honest, rich, and made to be shared.
Our pasta is made in-house every morning. Our sauces simmer for hours. We use imported Italian products where they matter and local New England ingredients where they shine. The menu changes with the seasons, but the spirit never does.

Reservations
We accept reservations for parties of any size. Walk-ins are always welcome, though we recommend booking for weekends and parties of six or more.
